Ingredients

- 2 cups Water
- 1 cup Peach juice
- 2 tablespoons Dried hibiscus flowers
- 1-2 tablespoons Honey or sugar (to taste)
- Fresh peach slices (for garnish, as desired)
- Ice (optional, as desired)
Instructions
- Boil the water in a pot over high heat. As soon as it reaches a rolling boil, remove it from the heat.
- Add the dried hibiscus flowers to the hot water. Let them steep for about 10-15 minutes.
- Once steeped, strain the hibiscus tea into a pitcher, discarding the flowers. Stir in the peach juice, and sweeten with honey or sugar to taste.
- Chill in the refrigerator or serve over ice for a refreshing twist, garnished with fresh peach slices.
Notes
Adjust sweetness to taste and try adding lemon or lime juice for a citrusy twist!
