A refreshing drink that combines the sweetness of peaches with the floral notes of hibiscus, perfect for summer gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 cup Peach juice
  • 2 tablespoons Dried hibiscus flowers
  • 1-2 tablespoons Honey or sugar (to taste)
  • Fresh peach slices (for garnish, as desired)
  • Ice (optional, as desired)

Instructions

  1. Boil the water in a pot over high heat. As soon as it reaches a rolling boil, remove it from the heat.
  2. Add the dried hibiscus flowers to the hot water. Let them steep for about 10-15 minutes.
  3. Once steeped, strain the hibiscus tea into a pitcher, discarding the flowers. Stir in the peach juice, and sweeten with honey or sugar to taste.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator or serve over ice for a refreshing twist, garnished with fresh peach slices.

Notes

Adjust sweetness to taste and try adding lemon or lime juice for a citrusy twist!
