A flavorful and fresh dish combining whole wheat pasta with fresh vegetables and herbaceous pesto, perfect for weeknight meals.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces Whole Wheat Pasta
  • 1 cup Pesto
  • 1 cup Blanched Green Beans
  • 1 cup Corn (fresh or frozen)
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Drizzle of Olive Oil for serving

Instructions

  1. Cook the whole wheat pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, pesto, green beans, and corn. Mix until coated.
  3. Season with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil to taste. Toss until well mixed and serve chilled or at room temperature.

Notes

Drizzle with olive oil just before serving for added flavor. Store for up to 3 days in the fridge.
