- 1 cup Black tea
- 2 Fresh passionfruits
- 1 to 2 tbsp Sugar (to taste)
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 4 cups Water
Instructions
- Boil the water in your kettle. You will need four cups of boiling water to steep the black tea.
- Add the black tea leaves or bags to the boiling water and let it steep for about 5 minutes.
- After steeping, remove the tea leaves or bags, then cut the passionfruits in half and scoop out the pulp into your teapot.
- Add in the sugar and gently mix all the ingredients together. Finish by straining the tea into glasses, adding a splash of lemon juice for a zesty finish.
Notes
Use fresh passionfruit for best flavor. Chill before serving for enhanced refreshment.
