- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim the ends of the asparagus and place them on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the asparagus and toss to coat evenly.
- Add minced garlic, salt, and pepper to your taste; toss again to distribute well.
- Sprinkle the shaved parmesan cheese and halved tomatoes on top.
- Roast the mixture in the oven for 15-20 minutes until tender but slightly crunchy.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze just before serving.
Notes
Don’t overcook the asparagus for optimal crunchiness. Use nutritional yeast for a vegan option.
