- 2 zucchinis, thinly sliced

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 225°F.
- Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Slice the zucchinis into very thin rounds, about 1/8 inch thick, and pat dry with a paper towel.
- Toss zucchini slices with olive oil until evenly coated.
- Arrange slices in a single layer on prepared baking sheets and sprinkle lightly with sea salt.
- Bake for about 30-40 minutes, flipping halfway through and monitoring closely to prevent burning.
Notes
For variety, try adding garlic powder, smoked paprika, or nutritional yeast to the zucchini slices before baking.
