Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, mix together the cream cheese, diced strawberries, rolled oats, protein powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt until well combined, forming a sticky dough-like texture.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
Notes
For gluten-free versions, use certified gluten-free oats. For a vegan option, substitute cream cheese with cashew cheese or thick coconut yogurt.
