  • 1 (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1¾ cups cold milk
  • 1 cup whipped topping (Cool Whip or homemade)
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt
  • Optional garnishes: shaved white chocolate or extra pecans

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until it thickens.
  2. Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
  3. Spread a layer of your chocolate mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust, then sprinkle the coconut and pecans on top. Pour the rest of the pudding over it and repeat.
  4. Pop the pie into the fridge for at least an hour to set.
