- 1 (9-inch) prepared graham cracker crust
- 1 (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1¾ cups cold milk
- 1 cup whipped topping (Cool Whip or homemade)
- 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
- ½ cup chopped pecans
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional garnishes: shaved white chocolate or extra pecans
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until it thickens.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until fully combined.
- Spread a layer of your chocolate mixture into the prepared graham cracker crust, then sprinkle the coconut and pecans on top. Pour the rest of the pudding over it and repeat.
- Pop the pie into the fridge for at least an hour to set.
Notes
Chill your pie for a better setting before serving. Garnish with additional coconut for a tropical touch.
