Instructions
- Boil four cups of water in a medium saucepan, then remove from heat.
- Add green tea leaves to the hot water, stir, and let steep for 5 minutes.
- Stir in fresh mint leaves and steep for an additional 10 minutes.
- Strain the mixture into a pitcher, add cane sugar, and stir until dissolved. Let cool to room temperature.
- Pour over ice cubes and garnish with extra mint leaves before serving.
