- 1 cup Chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, cream the browned butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract and sour cream.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips gently.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Don’t overmix the batter for light and airy bread; browned butter adds a rich flavor.
