- Small potatoes

Instructions
- Boil the potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 to 20 minutes. Drain and let cool.

- Dice the cooled potatoes and add them to the bowl.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and pepper.
