- 1/2 cup White Chocolate, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Matcha
- 1 tablespoon Honey
- Toasted Marshmallows (Optional), to taste
Instructions
- Start by pouring the milk into a saucepan and heat it over medium heat until it simmers but avoid boiling.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and add in the chopped white chocolate, stirring until it’s fully melted.
- Sift in the matcha powder and honey, and whisk vigorously until well blended and frothy.
- Pour into glass mugs and top with toasted marshmallows if desired.
Notes
To make this drink vegan, substitute the milk with plant-based options and use dairy-free white chocolate.
