  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar

  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted unsalted butter in a mixing bowl.
  3. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased baking dish to form a crust.
  4. Beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  5. Incorporate matcha powder and lemon juice into the cream cheese mixture and mix thoroughly.
  6. Fold in chopped fresh strawberries carefully.
  7. Pour the mixture over the crust and spread it evenly.
