  • 1 cup Mini Marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
  • 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar together until light and fluffy. Add the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, salt, and cocoa powder. Gradually incorporate into the wet mixture.
  4. Fold in mini marshmallows and chocolate chips until well-distributed.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet, leaving space between each. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  6. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to wire racks.
