- ¾ cup Mascarpone Cheese
- ⅓ cup Maple Syrup
- ¼ cup Chopped Nuts (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice each date lengthwise and remove the pit.
- Fill each date with a generous spoonful of mascarpone cheese.
- Place filled dates on a parchment-lined baking sheet and drizzle with maple syrup.
- Optional: sprinkle with chopped nuts and cinnamon.
- Bake for about 10 minutes until warm and gooey.
- Cool for a minute before serving warm.
