Deliciously sweet Medjool dates filled with creamy mascarpone and drizzled with rich maple syrup, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 12 Medjool Dates
  • ¾ cup Mascarpone Cheese
  • ⅓ cup Maple Syrup
  • ¼ cup Chopped Nuts (optional)
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice each date lengthwise and remove the pit.
  3. Fill each date with a generous spoonful of mascarpone cheese.
  4. Place filled dates on a parchment-lined baking sheet and drizzle with maple syrup.
  5. Optional: sprinkle with chopped nuts and cinnamon.
  6. Bake for about 10 minutes until warm and gooey.
  7. Cool for a minute before serving warm.
