Ingredients

  • Water: 2 cups

  • Mango juice: 2 cups

Instructions

  1. Boil 2 cups of water, then add the dried hibiscus flowers and steep for about 10 minutes.
  2. Strain the hibiscus tea into a pitcher and let it cool.
  3. Combine the cooled hibiscus tea with 2 cups of mango juice and sweeten to taste with honey or sugar. Optionally, mix in 1 cup of iced tea.
  4. Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mango slices and mint leaves.
