- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup erythritol
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a mini muffin pan with butter.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, almond flour, erythritol, cinnamon, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Mix until smooth.
- Spoon the mixture into the greased mini muffin pan, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Let cool for a few minutes before removing from the pan and enjoy!
Notes
These bites can be enjoyed warm or at room temperature. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for future snacking.
