- 2 ounces Espresso (2 shots brewed or instant)
- 2 tablespoons French Toast Cold Foam
Instructions
- Prepare the French Toast Syrup: In a small saucepan, combine the water, brown sugar, and maple syrup. Bring to a low boil and simmer for 5-6 minutes until thickened. Off the heat, whisk in the butter, cinnamon, and vanilla, then let cool.
- Create the Dreamy Cold Foam: Shake the heavy cream, milk, and French toast syrup in a jar until thick and frothy, about 1-2 minutes.
- Assemble Your Iced French Toast Latte: Fill a glass with ice, pour in the French toast syrup, then add the milk and cooled espresso. Top with cold foam and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon, if desired.
