Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 1/4 cup roasted unsalted pistachios (crushed)
  • 2 tablespoons wildflower or orange blossom honey
  • Optional: orange zest, cardamom

Instructions

  1. Set up your prep station with all ingredients and tools ready.
  2. Slice each date lengthwise to create a pocket for stuffing.
  3. Whip the ricotta cheese until light and fluffy, about 30 seconds.
  4. Stuff each date with about a teaspoon of the ricotta mixture.
  5. Sprinkle crushed pistachios on top, add optional toppings, and drizzle with honey before serving.

Notes

These stuffed dates can be prepared a few hours in advance but drizzle honey just before serving for best taste.
