- Optional: orange zest, cardamom
Instructions
- Set up your prep station with all ingredients and tools ready.
- Slice each date lengthwise to create a pocket for stuffing.
- Whip the ricotta cheese until light and fluffy, about 30 seconds.
- Stuff each date with about a teaspoon of the ricotta mixture.
- Sprinkle crushed pistachios on top, add optional toppings, and drizzle with honey before serving.
Notes
These stuffed dates can be prepared a few hours in advance but drizzle honey just before serving for best taste.
