Instructions

  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the unsalted butter. Once it begins bubbling, toss in the sliced carrots and sauté for about 5 minutes.
  3. Add the trimmed green beans to the skillet, mixing them with the carrots, and sauté together for an additional 3 minutes.
  4. Drizzle the honey over the vegetable medley, stirring to ensure each piece is coated evenly. Continue sautéing for another 3 minutes and season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
