- 1 medium fresh goat cheese log (approx. 11 oz.)
- ¼ cup roasted pistachios, chopped
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon fig spread
- Crackers or bread for serving
Instructions
- Allow the goat cheese log to sit at room temperature for about 15 minutes until softened.
- Spread the chopped pistachios on a plate and roll the softened goat cheese in the pistachios until well coated.
- Transfer the coated cheese log to a serving tray and drizzle generously with honey, then warm the fig spread briefly and drizzle it over the cheese log.
Notes
For a gluten-free version, serve with gluten-free crackers or vegetable slices. You can also substitute pistachios with pecans or add herbs for extra flavor.
