  • 4 cups sifted powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup honey (for frosting)
  • 2 tablespoons milk (for frosting)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your cupcake pan with colorful cupcake liners.
  2. Cream the softened butter and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy, approximately 3-5 minutes.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the honey and vanilla extract.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk until just combined.
  5. Fill each cupcake liner two-thirds full with batter and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Let the cupcakes cool completely before frosting.
  7. For frosting, beat the softened butter until creamy, then gradually add sifted powdered sugar, honey, and milk. Whip until smooth and fluffy.
