Ingredients
Scale
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter (for frosting)
- 4 cups sifted powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup honey (for frosting)
- 2 tablespoons milk (for frosting)

- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your cupcake pan with colorful cupcake liners.
- Cream the softened butter and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy, approximately 3-5 minutes.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the honey and vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients, alternating with the milk until just combined.
- Fill each cupcake liner two-thirds full with batter and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the cupcakes cool completely before frosting.
- For frosting, beat the softened butter until creamy, then gradually add sifted powdered sugar, honey, and milk. Whip until smooth and fluffy.
- Frost the cooled cupcakes and decorate with bee decorations if desired.
