A delightful sugar-free granola recipe perfect for breakfast or snacking anytime, made with wholesome ingredients and no added sugars.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rolled oats
  • 1 cup Mixed nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans)
  • 1/2 cup Seeds (pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds)
  • 1/2 cup Unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup Dates (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Coconut oil (melted)
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • Salt (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, mixed nuts, seeds, coconut flakes, and chopped dates; stir well.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix melted coconut oil, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  4. Pour the wet mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until evenly coated.
  5. Spread the mixture on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring halfway through until golden brown.
  7. Allow to cool completely before storing in an airtight container.

Notes

Variations include substituting nuts or seeds as preferred. Can be made into granola bars by mixing with nut butter.
