  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 12 oz Chocolate (for coating, milk, dark, or white)

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies until finely ground.
  2. Mix crushed cookies with softened cream cheese until fully combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Freeze the truffles for about 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Melt the chocolate using a microwave or double boiler.
  6. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate until fully coated, then return to the baking sheet.
  7. While the chocolate is still wet, add assorted sprinkles on top.
