Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the flour with baking soda and baking powder, and set aside.
- Cream together the softened butter and white sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract, then gradually mix in the dry ingredients until fully combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto baking sheets and bake for 10 minutes.
- Let cookies cool for 15 minutes before icing with vanilla frosting and decorating with sprinkles.
