Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a mixing bowl, combine the flour with baking soda and baking powder, and set aside.
  2. Cream together the softened butter and white sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract, then gradually mix in the dry ingredients until fully combined.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto baking sheets and bake for 10 minutes.
  5. Let cookies cool for 15 minutes before icing with vanilla frosting and decorating with sprinkles.
