  3. Then, mince the garlic finely for flavor.
  4. In a medium bowl, combine the cucumber, red onion, chicken, Greek yogurt, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  5. For brightness, consider adding lemon zest.
  6. Now, cover the bowl and mix until everything is evenly coated.
  7. Enjoy the salad chilled or store it in the fridge for later.
