Instructions

- Then, mince the garlic finely for flavor.
- In a medium bowl, combine the cucumber, red onion, chicken, Greek yogurt, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- For brightness, consider adding lemon zest.
- Now, cover the bowl and mix until everything is evenly coated.
