Delicious heart-shaped brownies made with chocolate chips, perfect for any occasion.

  • Total Time: 35 minutes
  • Yield: 16 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/3 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
  • 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 8-inch square baking pan and line it with parchment paper for easy removal.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter. Stir in the granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until you have a smooth mixture.
  3. Add cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder to the mix. Stir until just combined, then fold in the chocolate chips. Spread the batter evenly into your prepared baking pan.
  4. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
  5. Allow the brownies to cool completely before using a heart-shaped cookie cutter to cut them into shapes.

Notes

Feel free to experiment with flavored extracts or add toppings such as nuts or crushed Oreos.
