Festively fun Grinch Truffles that are easy to make and delicious, perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed cookies (e.g., Oreos)
  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • Green candy melts
  • Mini marshmallows
  • Red candy sprinkles

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine crushed cookies and softened cream cheese. Mix until uniform.
  2. Roll small amounts of the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
  3. Chill the baking sheet in the freezer for about 15 minutes.
  4. Melt the green candy melts according to package instructions.
  5. Dip each chilled truffle into the melted candy and place back on the baking sheet. Decorate with a mini marshmallow and red sprinkles while the coating is still wet.
