Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine crushed cookies and softened cream cheese. Mix until uniform.
- Roll small amounts of the mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a lined baking sheet.
- Chill the baking sheet in the freezer for about 15 minutes.
- Melt the green candy melts according to package instructions.
- Dip each chilled truffle into the melted candy and place back on the baking sheet. Decorate with a mini marshmallow and red sprinkles while the coating is still wet.
- Let the truffles set until the coating hardens, then enjoy!
