- 1 package Oreo Cookies (approx. 14.3 oz)
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- Green Candy Melts, as needed
- Red Candy Melts, as needed
- Sprinkles (optional), as desired
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until finely ground.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos and softened cream cheese until well blended.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about one inch in diameter, and chill in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Melt the green candy melts according to package instructions and dip each Oreo ball into the melted candy until fully coated.
- Drizzle with melted red candy melts and optionally sprinkle with colorful sprinkles. Allow to harden before serving.

These truffles can be made in advance and stored in an airtight container for up to a week in the fridge.
