- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 cup crushed pistachios
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup melted unsalted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Combine the crushed graham crackers and melted butter to form the crust. Press this mixture evenly into the bottom of a lined baking dish.
- Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add in the Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and salt, mixing until well combined.
- Fold in the crushed pistachios into the cheesecake mixture.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the prepared crust and spread it evenly with a spatula.
- Refrigerate the bars for at least 4 hours, or until set. The longer they chill, the firmer they will be.
- Cut into bars and serve chilled for the perfect sweet treat.
Notes
Refrigerate for longer for firmer bars. Substitute honey with maple syrup for a vegan option.
