- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 1 cup Whipped Cream
- 1 package Vanilla Pudding Mix
- 2 cups Milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- Gingerbread Cookies (enough for layers)
- Ground Cinnamon (for dusting)
Instructions
- Beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together vanilla pudding mix and milk until thickened; stir in vanilla extract.
- In a rectangular dish, layer half of the gingerbread cookies, half of the cream cheese mixture, and half of the pudding mixture. Repeat the layers.
- Top with whipped cream and dust with ground cinnamon.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours before serving.
Notes
Can be prepared a day in advance for best results. Use reduced-fat cream cheese and whipped topping to lighten this dessert.
