Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 cup Whipped Cream
  • 1 package Vanilla Pudding Mix
  • 2 cups Milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • Gingerbread Cookies (enough for layers)
  • Ground Cinnamon (for dusting)

Instructions

  1. Beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together vanilla pudding mix and milk until thickened; stir in vanilla extract.
  3. In a rectangular dish, layer half of the gingerbread cookies, half of the cream cheese mixture, and half of the pudding mixture. Repeat the layers.
  4. Top with whipped cream and dust with ground cinnamon.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least four hours before serving.

Notes

Can be prepared a day in advance for best results. Use reduced-fat cream cheese and whipped topping to lighten this dessert.
