- 1 medium seedless watermelon
- 2 cups strawberries, hulled and chopped
- 1 cup blueberries
- 1 cup pineapple, cubed
- 1 cup grapes, halved
- 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- Fresh mint for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare Your Watermelon: Cut a thin slice off the bottom of the watermelon for stability. Cut off the top third to create a lid and hollow out the inside.
- Scoop and Combine: Scoop out watermelon flesh and combine it with strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, grapes, and kiwis in a bowl. Drizzle with lime juice and honey, then toss gently.
- Assemble and Serve: Spoon the fruit mixture back into the hollow watermelon, garnish with mint leaves, and serve immediately or chill in refrigerator until ready.
Notes
Use ripe, fresh fruits for the best flavor. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
