Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the sour cream, cream of chicken soup, and shredded cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Fold in the frozen hash browns, ensuring they are well-coated with the mixture. Spread into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Bake for 45 minutes until bubbly and beginning to brown. Sprinkle crispy fried onions over the top and return to the oven for an additional 15 minutes until golden.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before serving.
