Ingredients

  • 1 cup Fresh Strawberries, sliced
  • 2 Kiwis, sliced
  • 1 cup Mangos, diced
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 package Biscuit Base
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare a baking dish by lining it with parchment paper or greasing it.
  2. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Allow the biscuit base to cool completely before spreading the cream cheese mixture evenly over it.
  4. Slice fresh strawberries, kiwis, and mangos, arranging them beautifully on top of the cream layer.
  5. Refrigerate for at least two hours to let the flavors meld.
  6. After chilling, cut into bars and serve.

Notes
