- 2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 package Biscuit Base
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and prepare a baking dish by lining it with parchment paper or greasing it.
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, and lemon juice. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Allow the biscuit base to cool completely before spreading the cream cheese mixture evenly over it.
- Slice fresh strawberries, kiwis, and mangos, arranging them beautifully on top of the cream layer.
- Refrigerate for at least two hours to let the flavors meld.
- After chilling, cut into bars and serve.
