- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
- 3/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 Large Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 2/3 cup All-Purpose Flour
- 1/3 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 3.5 ounces White Chocolate, melted
- Green Gel Food Coloring, to taste
- 12 Strawberries, hulled and washed
- Assorted Sprinkles/Edible Stars, for decoration
- 12 Small Marshmallows (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Melt the butter and let it cool slightly. Whisk together the melted butter and granulated sugar until smooth.
- Add the eggs and vanilla, whisking until fully combined. In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, and salt, then fold into the wet ingredients.
- Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the edges are set and the center is fudgy.
- Let the brownies cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.
- While cooling, melt the white chocolate and mix in the green gel food coloring. Once cooled, spread the melted chocolate over the brownies.
- Decorate with hulled strawberries, sprinkles, and mini marshmallows as desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days. For gluten-free, use a gluten-free flour blend or almond flour.
