- 7 oz Dark or Milk Chocolate, chopped
- 1 tsp Coconut Oil (optional, for glossiness)
- 2 tbsp Colored Sprinkles
- 2 tbsp Mini Sugar Pearls or Edible Stars
- 12 Pretzel Sticks (for tree trunks)
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a heatproof bowl over simmering water, melt the chopped chocolate along with coconut oil, stirring until smooth.
- Transfer the melted chocolate to a piping bag. Place the pretzel sticks upright on the parchment to serve as tree trunks. Pipe zigzag lines of chocolate to create tree shapes.
- While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle colored sprinkles and sugar pearls on top.
- Allow the trees to set at room temperature for 30 minutes, or refrigerate for 10 minutes to harden, then carefully peel them off the parchment paper before serving.
