  • Total Time: 45 minutes
  • Yield: 12 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 7 oz Dark or Milk Chocolate, chopped
  • 1 tsp Coconut Oil (optional, for glossiness)
  • 2 tbsp Colored Sprinkles
  • 2 tbsp Mini Sugar Pearls or Edible Stars
  • 12 Pretzel Sticks (for tree trunks)

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a heatproof bowl over simmering water, melt the chopped chocolate along with coconut oil, stirring until smooth.
  3. Transfer the melted chocolate to a piping bag. Place the pretzel sticks upright on the parchment to serve as tree trunks. Pipe zigzag lines of chocolate to create tree shapes.
  4. While the chocolate is still wet, sprinkle colored sprinkles and sugar pearls on top.
  5. Allow the trees to set at room temperature for 30 minutes, or refrigerate for 10 minutes to harden, then carefully peel them off the parchment paper before serving.

Notes

These trees are perfect for customizing with different toppings and can be made gluten-free by using gluten-free pretzel alternatives.
