Instructions
- Brew a cup of strong coffee and pour it into your favorite mug.
- In a saucepan, combine ½ cup of eggnog with ¼ cup of milk and heat over medium until warm (not boiling).
- Stir in ¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract.
- Pour the warm eggnog mixture over your coffee and stir gently.
- Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of grated nutmeg.
Notes
For a less sweet option, adjust the amount of eggnog or use unsweetened milk. You can also make this drink vegan by using plant-based eggnog and non-dairy milk.
