- 1 Baguette, sliced

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange the sliced baguette on a baking sheet and brush each piece with olive oil.
- Toast the baguette slices in the oven for about 5-7 minutes or until golden brown.
- In a bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped basil, balsamic vinegar, and remaining olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.
- Spoon the tomato mixture onto the toasted baguette slices and serve immediately.
