Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips, peanut butter, and butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals until melted and smooth, stirring after each interval.
- Stir in the vanilla extract to enhance the flavor.
- In a large bowl, add the Rice Chex cereal and gently pour the chocolate mixture over it. Stir carefully to coat without breaking the cereal.
- Transfer the mixture to a resealable bag, add powdered sugar, and shake until coated.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet to cool.
