- 8 oz Pasta of choice
- 2 cups Broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- Red pepper flakes (optional) to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for serving
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Add pasta and cook according to package instructions (8-10 minutes).
- 3-4 minutes before pasta is done, toss in broccoli florets.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic and red pepper flakes for 1 minute.
- Drain pasta and broccoli, then transfer to the skillet. Toss everything together and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve immediately, topped with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
Notes
Feel free to add grilled chicken, seasonal vegetables, or experiment with different cheeses for a unique flavor.
