Ingredients

- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup nuts (Almonds or Walnuts)
- 1 cup puffed rice
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil. Melt in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.
- Once melted, mix in the nuts and puffed rice until coated in chocolate.
- Spread mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle with salt.
- Refrigerate for about 15 minutes to set, then break into pieces. Enjoy!

You can add dried fruits or experiment with different nuts to customize the recipe.
