  2. Add the chopped vegetables to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated, and let them sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated vegetables onto the skewers, alternating types for a colorful effect.
  5. Grill the kebabs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally until the vegetables are tender and have a nice char.
  6. Serve the kebabs warm, straight off the grill.

Notes

For a richer flavor, marinate the vegetables for longer. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before using them on the grill to prevent burning.
