  • 2 cups mixed berries (fresh or frozen)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, baking powder, and salt; stir until mixed evenly.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, honey or maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract until combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until well incorporated.
  5. Gently fold in the mixed berries and cinnamon (if using).
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  7. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the top is golden and the mixture has set.
