Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, baking powder, and salt; stir until mixed evenly.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, honey or maple syrup, eggs, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until well incorporated.
- Gently fold in the mixed berries and cinnamon (if using).
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the top is golden and the mixture has set.
- Let it cool slightly before cutting into squares and serve warm.
Notes
For a gluten-free version, use certified gluten-free oats. Variations include adding nuts, seeds, or different fruits.
