- 2 shots Espresso
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Milk (dairy or non-dairy)
- 1 tbsp Chocolate Sauce (for drizzling)
- 1 tbsp Caramel Sauce (for drizzling)
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Syrup
- 1 cup Ice Cubes
- 1/4 tsp Xanthan Gum
- Whipped Cream (for topping) to taste
Instructions
- Brew two shots of espresso using an espresso machine or stovetop maker.
- In a blender, combine the brewed espresso, chocolate milk, ice cubes, xanthan gum, and vanilla syrup. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Drizzle chocolate and caramel sauces along the inside of your serving glass, pour in the blended beverage, and top with whipped cream and extra drizzles.
