- 1.75 oz roasted pistachios, roughly chopped
- 1.75 oz roasted almonds, roughly chopped
- 1.4 oz dried apricots, diced
- 1.05 oz dried figs, diced
- 0.7 oz golden raisins
- 0.5 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 0.25 teaspoon sea salt flakes
- Optional: Edible gold leaf or rose petals for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt the Chocolate: Melt dark chocolate over simmering water until smooth.
- Infuse with Cardamom: Mix in ground cardamom once melted.
- Spread Chocolate: Pour and spread melted chocolate onto lined baking sheet.
- Press Toppings: Press pistachios, almonds, apricots, figs, and raisins into the chocolate.
- Sprinkle with Sea Salt: Add sea salt and any additional garnishes.
- Chill: Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and chill for at least 45 minutes until set.
- Break into Pieces: Once set, break or cut the bark into pieces.
