Ingredients

  • 10.5 oz high-quality dark chocolate (60% cocoa or more)
  • 1.75 oz roasted pistachios, roughly chopped
  • 1.75 oz roasted almonds, roughly chopped
  • 1.4 oz dried apricots, diced
  • 1.05 oz dried figs, diced
  • 0.7 oz golden raisins
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • 0.25 teaspoon sea salt flakes
  • Optional: Edible gold leaf or rose petals for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Baking Sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the Chocolate: Melt dark chocolate over simmering water until smooth.
  3. Infuse with Cardamom: Mix in ground cardamom once melted.
  4. Spread Chocolate: Pour and spread melted chocolate onto lined baking sheet.
  5. Press Toppings: Press pistachios, almonds, apricots, figs, and raisins into the chocolate.
  6. Sprinkle with Sea Salt: Add sea salt and any additional garnishes.
  7. Chill: Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator and chill for at least 45 minutes until set.
  8. Break into Pieces: Once set, break or cut the bark into pieces.
