  • 24-30 Ladyfingers
  • 8 oz Mascarpone Cheese
  • 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • ¼ cup Powdered Sugar
  • ½ cup Orange Juice
  • 4 medium Bananas, sliced
  • 8 oz Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold in the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, continuing to beat until stiff peaks form.
  2. Layer the tiramisu in a 9×13 baking dish, starting with ladyfingers soaked in orange juice. Spread half of the creamy mascarpone mixture over the soaked ladyfingers and add a layer of sliced bananas. Repeat with the remaining ingredients, ending with the mascarpone mixture.
  3. Spread Cool Whip evenly over the top layer. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Garnish with more sliced bananas before serving.

Notes

Letting the tiramisu sit overnight enhances the flavors. You can substitute some heavy cream with coconut cream for a tropical twist.
