- 24-30 Ladyfingers
- 8 oz Mascarpone Cheese
- 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- ¼ cup Powdered Sugar
- ½ cup Orange Juice
- 4 medium Bananas, sliced
- 8 oz Cool Whip
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Gently fold in the mascarpone cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, continuing to beat until stiff peaks form.
- Layer the tiramisu in a 9×13 baking dish, starting with ladyfingers soaked in orange juice. Spread half of the creamy mascarpone mixture over the soaked ladyfingers and add a layer of sliced bananas. Repeat with the remaining ingredients, ending with the mascarpone mixture.
- Spread Cool Whip evenly over the top layer. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Garnish with more sliced bananas before serving.
Notes
Letting the tiramisu sit overnight enhances the flavors. You can substitute some heavy cream with coconut cream for a tropical twist.
