  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Zest
  • 1/4 cup Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan and set it aside.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the yogurt and sugar until combined.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in the vegetable oil, lemon zest, and juice.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to the wet mixture until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top. Bake for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
