Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract. Combine with dry ingredients.
  4. In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and ground cinnamon.
  5. Roll out small amounts of dough, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, fold and place in muffin tin.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Keep an eye to avoid over-baking.
