- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
- 1/2 cup milk

- 1/4 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, mix melted butter, milk, and vanilla extract. Combine with dry ingredients.
- In a small bowl, mix brown sugar and ground cinnamon.
- Roll out small amounts of dough, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, fold and place in muffin tin.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Keep an eye to avoid over-baking.
- Cool slightly before serving and enjoy warm, optionally dusted with cinnamon sugar.
