Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Drain and rinse the chickpeas thoroughly, then pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Toss the dried chickpeas with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper in a mixing bowl until well-coated.
- Spread the coated chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast them for about 20–30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they are golden brown and crunchy.
- Allow them to cool before serving.
