Tender mushrooms smothered in a rich garlic and cheesy embrace, cooked to perfection in a crockpot.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Mushrooms
  • 4 tablespoons Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Wash the mushrooms thoroughly and add them to your crockpot along with diced butter and minced garlic.
  2. Sprinkle salt and black pepper over the mushrooms and stir to coat evenly.
  3. Cover the crockpot and set to low heat for 240-300 minutes. In the final 30 minutes, add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir to incorporate.
