- 1 pound Mushrooms
- 4 tablespoons Butter
- 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley (chopped)
Instructions
- Wash the mushrooms thoroughly and add them to your crockpot along with diced butter and minced garlic.
- Sprinkle salt and black pepper over the mushrooms and stir to coat evenly.
- Cover the crockpot and set to low heat for 240-300 minutes. In the final 30 minutes, add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir to incorporate.
