- 2 large flour tortillas (8–10 inch)
- 1/3 cup tomato sauce or pizza sauce
- 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup sliced cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 small sliced red onion
- 1/4 cup baby spinach leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
- Pinch of red pepper flakes
- Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F and place a baking sheet inside to heat up.
- Lightly brush both sides of the tortillas with extra virgin olive oil and spread tomato sauce on each, leaving a 1/2-inch border.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
- Add sliced olives, tomatoes, red onion, and baby spinach on top, followed by oregano and red pepper flakes.
- Transfer pizzas on parchment paper to the preheated baking sheet and bake for 8-10 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool for one minute, garnish with fresh basil, slice into wedges, and serve.
